About me
Hey, I’m Zeyu Zhou. I am a PhD candidate in Zürich, Switzerland affinated at the University of Bern. I decided to build a personal website to record and share my thoughts, life tips, and academic adventures.
I entered the Chinese home kitchen following the lead of my grandfather at the age of 8. I am good at making many authentic Chinese dishes for daily meals and festival specials. I have been studying and living in Europe since 2021, my cooking skills have improved significantly and received likes from friends and colleagues. If you are also enthusiastic about Aisa food, my recipes are worth checking out.
Meanwhile, I am also a PhD student working on developing low-carbon emission Mg-base cement. I started in March 2023. Here I would like to share my academic journey from the viewpoint of PhD student.
Recording and sharing make us reflect and move forward. This is the motivation that I started building this website. Hope you find some fun and ideas in my little space.
